These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.beetcommunity.com ("Site") and the booking of coliving accommodations and related services provided by BeetCommunity, managed by  Beet srl Benefit

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

BeetCommunity.com provides coliving accommodation services in Palermo, Italy, offering flexible rental options for travelers, remote workers, and digital nomads. Our coliving spaces include:

• Weekly room cleaning

• Fresh linen and towel changes

• Access to shared common areas (kitchen, terrace, garden, coworking, etc.)
  
  

All accommodations are intended for temporary stays only.

2. Rental Duration

• The minimum stay is 1 night.

• The maximum stay is 1 year.

All bookings must be made through the official site and are subject to availability at the time of the request.

3. Booking and Payment

To finalize a booking, users must provide accurate personal and payment information.

Payment Terms:

• For stays shorter than 2 months: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• For stays of 2 months or longer:

• 30% due at the time of booking

• Remaining 70% due upon arrival

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit card (processed via Stripe)

• Revolut (upon request)

• Wise (upon request)

• Paypal (upon request)

Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.

Invoices can be provided upon request once company information has been shared for processing.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund.

• Cancellations made between 15 - 30 days before arrival: partial refund, 50%

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: No refund, but the amount can be converted into a credit valid for 12 months, subject to availability and prior notice.

• Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival: No refund, no credit available.
  

5. Additional Guests

• Each room may accommodate 1 extra guest (except for single rooms), at an additional charge of €15 per night.

• Additional guests must be communicated to the BeetTeam, paid for and registered before their arrival.
  

6. Early Termination

If the guest decides to shorten their stay after arrival, the original contract and payment terms remain in effect. Refunds and credits are not guaranteed. We are open to discussions to find flexible solutions on a case-by-case basis.

7. Responsibilities of the Parties

• Guests agree to respect the community guidelines and house rules of BeetCommunity, which promote shared living, respect, and cleanliness. Guests can refer to the Coliving Guide for reference.

• BeetCommunity is committed to delivering the services outlined at the time of booking, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
  

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving any issues informally and in good faith. If no agreement can be reached, the competent court will be the Court of Palermo, Italy.

9. Sharing Data Policy

BeetCommunity may share limited personal data (such as name and surname) with trusted partner colivings only in exceptional cases involving security risks, serious incidents, property damage, or unpaid stays. This information will be minimal, specific, and handled confidentially, and only shared under agreements that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their data at any time, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or using the site, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Continued use of the Site implies full acceptance of the Terms.
